What do “Tabs” and “Missing” stand for?

The Inbox rate is the percentage of the messages that went to the Inbox of the seed email addresses.

The Spam rate is the percentage of the messages that went to the Spam folder of the seed email addresses.

The Tabs rate is the percentage of the messages that went to different tabs in the Inbox (for example, the Gmail’s Promotions tab, Newsletters tab, Offers tab etc.).

The Missing rate is the percentage of the messages that didn’t reach the seed email addresses.

You can filter the report data by the labels. In the reports dashboard, click on a label in the report and see the data related to that label. For instance, if you click the “Spam” label, you will see only the messages that went to the Spam folder of the seed email addresses.
