When an email spam test is complete, you will see a detailed report about your domain, IP address, spam score, and email placement.
It is recommended that you address the “red” and “yellow” items in the report as they point you to the issues that need to be fixed. “Green” items mean that it’s OK.
You can expand any block in the report to have the details. For example, if you click on IP Analytics, you get the list of IP addresses used to send the email to the seed list, their blacklisting status, and the number of emails sent from each IP that landed in the Inbox and in Spam.
It is recommended that you carefully examine the data in the Email Providers Delivery Report. You can get the email placement details for each inbox provider and for each seed email address. This information helps you figure out your sender reputation across different providers and estimate your potential Inbox and Spam rates when you send your email marketing or cold outreach campaigns.
Additionally, you can check the Content Analysis report to make sure that your HTML code doesn’t have errors and that your links and images are working.
